Zna Trainer's Beginner Instructional Series

 
1.  Zna's Second Saturday Show - 60 minutes of instruction and 60 minutes of Q & A
 
2.  Wednesday Evening Teleseminar - One minute magic once an hour power miracle moments; how to anti-     stress, anti-pain, energize and burn fat continually through the day per one minute per hour
 
3.  "Saturday Seven" Show teaches 7 exercises and face lift secrets for sculpting head to toe.
 
4.  Second Wednesday Teleseminar - 1 hour of instruction with a second hour of
Q & A;
 
These classes are taught sequentially beginning with the first Saturday of each month. Clients may attend as many classes as needed to master Zna's training techniques.

To ensure that you really master Zna's training methods, give yourself the gift of three full months:

  4. Second Wednesday Teleseminar - 1 hour of instruction with a second hour of Q & A; Secrets in Seconds. The Zna Zip Tip:This is a 60 minute live instruction with another 60 minutes which can include Q & A for the Favorite Five 
  5. Zna's Favorite Five Exercises - 2 audios (3 1/2 hour audio for beginners in 45 min. segments; second audio is 35 minutes) 
  6. Nutritional Guidelines* (see descriptions, below, showing benefits of 1 through 6 training programs)
  7. 3 Months Daily (Monday to Friday) Training with Zna, Creator of the O2 Breakthrough™ Program
  8. Daily Class Duration: 25 minutes
  9. Optional, if needed 10 minute support, Q & A
  10. You may participate in your choice of 6 daily classes
  11. Classes start at 6 AM, 7 AM, 8 AM, 9 AM, 10 AM and 12 Noon Eastern Time
On top of the 9 hours of specialised training as in the Beginner Training Module, this program also gives you over 33 hours of live training with Zna. You'll get personalized instruction on how to perform each exercise properly, as well as dedicated time where all of your questions can be answered. By the end of 3 months, you'll have an excellent grasp of these exercises, and will be ready to continue on your own, and, once confident of your performance at this level, move onto the advanced classes.
